Founded by Annie Parkhurst, studio.ap is a Brooklyn-based architectural and interior design studio focused on residential work throughout New York and Connecticut.
Annie brings to the practice a background spanning communications, environmental design, and architecture. After studying at the University of Colorado Boulder and working for Roger Ferris + Partners, she pursued architecture through Columbia GSAPP’s New York Paris program and is currently completing her Master of Architecture at Pratt Institute.
Studio.ap approaches each project as an opportunity to reveal and build upon the character of a home. The studio works across scales, from spatial reconfiguration and planning to individual rooms and complete renovations, pairing thoughtful architectural interventions with layered interiors, collected pieces, and a nuanced approach to materiality.
